Term query: university subjects ISEA, ISAA

Anyone recognize these acronyms?

 From a Kazakh transcript (school of international relations), each one 
is the entire title of a course, thus:

ИСАА -- зачтено
ИСЕА -- удовлетворительно

All I could come up with was "Институт стран Азии и Африки," and that
didn't make an awful lot of sense as a course title.
