Shklovskii question

Dear SEELANGers,
In the absence of a good full edition of Shklovskii, I need to pick the brains of those out there who know more about formalism than I do.
I'm working on a 1926 Platonov article called "Fabrika literatury." The commentary to the first publication of this article in 1991 suggests connections between it and Shklovskii, specifically in the ideas of "zagotovki," the author's second profession, and the principle of productionism as the basis of collective creative work ("proizvodstvennyi printsip kak osnova kollektivisticheskogo tvorchestva"). I do not know enough about Shklovskii to know where to find these ideas outlined in his work in 1926 or before. In or around 1926 I associate "zagotovki" with Maiakovskii's "Kak delat' stikhi"; the "production principle" with Arvatov at the time, and the "second profession" with Shklovskii's "Tekhnika pisatel'skogo remesla" in 1927.
Are these things - the second profession, the productionist approach, and the idea of "zagotovki" - to be found anywhere in Shklovskii in 1926 or before?
Any suggestions would be most welcome. Please email to kmblasing at wisc.edu.
Cheers,
