ôÕÚÉ??çÒÅÌËÁ

It seems to be based on some modern fable, joke, or perhaps a children's
story, thus the capitalization of Tuzik and Grelka. Tuzik is no doubt small,
and Grelka "nadutaia."

I would add that it's not just a little dog but the name of this little dog.
And the whole expression has a meaning of an easy victory.

Ïîðâàò?êà?Òóçè?ãðåëêó.

Òóçè??is a dog, I would think a small dog based on its name. Words of the
same root ?òóçèòü (1p sg is absent) Ãðåëêà ?is a hot water bottle (made of
rubber, I would think)

I'd like to know how Shakespeare fits there, maybe metaphorically.
