New edition of Live from Moscow: Stage 1?

Yes, a DVD was indeed created. The copy of Live from Moscow stage 1 
that I used with my students in 2004-2005 came with a DVD, not a video. 
Kendall Hunt should be able to provide one for you. Let me know if I
