Thank you very much and it all makes sense.
The "Kostel" (RC church) was an 'extension' of the Donetskii Zavod v Kamenskom sele, to look after the spiritual welfare of the metallurgical plant's workers.

It was interesting to view the suggested websites -
the brochure of 1908 and the current status of the church.
