New rules for foreign nationals

New rules concerning the status of foreign nationals in Russia have just come into force.  You can find details at:

They mostly affect those seeking work, but there does seem to be some general tidying-up and a move to come closer into line with what happens elsewhere in Europe.  Or is that wishful thinking?
