Nadezhda Mandelstam's Tret'ya kniga

Esteemed Slavists,

This year a third book of Nadezhda Mandelstam's memoirs was
published under the title "Tret'ya kniga."  It is described as
being composed of materials that didn't make it into the first two
books.  Does anyone know if the materials in "Tret'ya kniga" have
been published in any form in English, either as part of the "Hope"
series or separately?  If so, how can I get my hands on it? Please
reply either on- or off-list, as you see fit.
