Meanwhile in Moscow metro army men are in search of those who still have to
serve in the army:

I have another one who has no registration in Russia (he was rejected
Russian visa yesterday and he will enter Russia with his Russian foreign
passport). He has no internal passport that means no one will search him at
his address (which he does not have).
I hope American passports will help them both.
