Dear SEELANGers,

Maybe a bit off topic, but could anyone provide me with a (digital  
copy) of the CIS treaty creating the Economic Union? It was published  
in the Bulleten Mezhdunarodnykh Dogovorov 4 in 1994. Unfortunately, I  
do not have a copy and I need to check some things in this document.
