RusIndex is out -- Sher's Russian Index is back online

OK, looks like the old format of Sher's Russian Index is back online.
The Yahoo RusIndex is rather cumbersome to negotiate. I have replaced
the old Index online. I hope to find a better and more permanent
solution later this year. Meanwhile, enjoy the old Index. And thank you
for your feedback.
