Tours to Moscow/St. Petersburg

At the risk of plugging for a *current* employer, I second the
recommendation for MIR.  We have offices in Moscow and St. Petersburg,
excellent local guides and (shameless self promo) a knowledgeable staff in
Seattle to pull it all together.
