PSU Russian Language Flagship Program

Beginning Fall 2008, the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures
at Portland State University (PSU) will offer a new curriculum for
students who seek to achieve Superior language proficiency in Russian
while pursuing degrees in the academic major of their choice.

Designed for students with Intermediate-High to Advanced level proficiency
in Russian, the PSU Russian Language Flagship Program combines Russian
across the curriculum courses integrated into every level of the  PSU
general education program, content-based courses conducted in Russian,
advanced Russian language instruction, and study at the St.Petersburg
Russian Flagship Center. Available to undergraduate and post-baccalaureate
students, the PSU Russian Flagship Program leads to a Certificate of
Advanced Proficiency in Russian.
