Dear Sarah  -

Dovlatov would be great for your students to get a feel of the emigre
experience plus he is very very funny, short and light. I would suggest "The
Suitcase", "Our People/Us"(in Russian "Nashi") and "The Foreign Women"
("Inostranka" in Russian).
