Foreign Language Difficulty Scale

I was just there recently and, as I recall, Spanish, French, and 
German were Level I (easiest for Anglophones), Russian was Level II 
(medium), and Mandarin and several other East Asian languages and 
Arabic were Level III (most difficult).
