Announcing the new "Why Study?" page

Dear SEELANGovci,

I am very pleased to announce a new resource on the AATSEEL web page: a 
link to "Why Study Slavic and East European Languages?" from the main 
page and also from the drop-down menu at the top of every AATSEEL page. 
Thanks to David Galloway and to Stuart Greene at Level9Digital for 
integrating the new materials with the existing web page.

(The "Why Study Russian?" link that was previously located in the same 
place can now now in its alphabetical position on the longer list.)
