Minorities in Moldova

Hi,

Does anyone have any expertise (or know of anyone with expertise) about the treatment of Ukrainian minorities or religious minorities in Moldova.

I am currently working on an asylum application of a young man who was persecuted on account of his ethnicity in Moldova, and I am looking for background research on the issue.
