summer language programs in Russia or Kiev

My colleague is looking for recommendations for intensive summer Russian
language programs in Russia--particularly in Moscow or St. Petersburg--or
in Kiev.  It would be ideal if the program could cover the equivalent of a
full-year of instruction at an American university, specifically
second-year Russian.
