sources on US-Russia arms relations?

Dear SEELANGers,

A former student of mine who is entering the Air Force this year is  
interested in furthering her knowledge of current US-Russia  
relations.  Can anyone recommend books devoted to current military  
and diplomatic relations between the two countries, especially with a  
nuclear/conventional arms focus?
