Working with Physics in Russia

Dear Colleagues:

I have a student who is interested in working with physics in Russia; either teaching physics in a classroom (or being a teaching assistant) or taking classes in physics.  He is a heritage speaker.

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.  I am collecting ideas to recommend to him.
