A tip for Outlook users

I am using Outlook under Mozilla Firefox, and this version of Outlook simply does not have  _international options_ under _options_. (same as it does not have a search function - it just does not). Do you have any suggestions? 

My problem is that when I am sending a mail in Cyrillic it usually gets delivered  OK, but if I am responding to a mail in Cyrillic, the original mail turns into question marks.
