singular of chipsy

Dear Seelangers, 

Does anyone know the singular form of 'chipsy'?  Would it be 'odin chip'
or 'odin chips'?  I would guess '1 chips' by analogy to '1 baks' from
plural 'baksy'.  Are both forms acceptable?
