healthy life style

A Google search brings up a lot of instances of "Zdorovyi stil' zhizni." I'd 
be interested to know whether there is any difference gross or subtle 
between that and "Zdorovyi obraz zhizni," which I have seen many times in 
Russian articles.

I'm not an expert on healthy life styles, but I don't see why "здоровый
образ жизни" wouldn't work.

American phrase? "A healthy life style"? Is there a phrase that Russians
actually use?
