Dear Laura,

I've fogotten to mention that Nikita Mikhalkov's documentary film  
"Anna ot 6 do 18" (1993) gives an overview of historical events. It  
might be of use to you.
Somebody has mentioned Solov'ev's film Nezhnyj vozrast. It was  
produced in 2000, I think.
