DVD of "The Chekist"

Hi,

I'm in search of a DVD (any region) copy of the movie "The Chekist". I live
in the UK and have looked on Ebay (UK and US) and Amazon (US and UK), with
no luck so far. I know it has appeared at odd times on cable TV, but I don't
have access here.
