NY Times - "The Retreat of the Tongue of the Czars"

Judging by recent bloopers (including being scooped by the National 
Enquirer) by the New York "Times" (which is apparently about to go bust soon 
anyway), a report like this probably means that Russian is about to undergo 
a major linguistic revival.
