If the KGB officer Vladimir Putin finally publicly admitted that Stalin 
ordered it, you can believe it. Putin is not your anticommunist Stalin 
accuser; he simply has access to the archive materials 3/4 of which are 
still secret. This secrecy allows all kinds of speculations and 
conspiracy theories. The latter, BTW, abound in Russia, be it 9/11, 
landing on the moon or blown up buildings in Moscow.
