Seeking specialist on 19th-cen. Polish letters

Can anyone refer me, **off-line**, to a historian or other specialist, preferably 
a native Polish speaker, who has experience reading 19th-cen. Polish letters 
handwritten by not very educated people? I have a number of PDFs of letters 
written in Polish and containing both apparent Suwalki-area dialect lexemes and 
certain graphemes that can't be deciphered by a host of people who have tried, 
including native speakers.
