" Молодцы!"

Yes, Russians definitely say "Молодцы!" When the local soccer club
here in Sevastopol one some kind of championship this spring, the whole
crowd was cheering ""Молодцы!" over and over. I'm like, "Wait, people!
Isn't it молодец?"
