Russian visas/invitations

A friend of mine recently did something similar for a trip to SPB.
She got her visa (and likely visa processing) through
PassportVisasExpress.com who are located in Washington D.C. She said
it worked fine though I do not know the details of how the
registration was handled. I have done visa processing (more than just
Russian) with them in the past and have been pleased with their service.
