Dear All,

Once more we have a wonderful example of a sociolinguistic variable showing the dynamic nature of language!

I was just wondering if the 'bylo' could be interpreted as a neutral expression as in 'it was' as opposed to a verb where the agreement with the noun has been incorrectly marked. I would be also interested to know what the members think of 'bylo u menya den' rozhdenija'
