The American Council of Learned Societies would like to clarify application guidelines for East European Studies Program fellowships and grants. Applicants to all fellowships and grants in the EESP must be U.S. citizens; U.S. permanent residents are not eligible for funding. U.S. citizens affiliated with institutions in other countries are welcome to apply for all fellowships and grants in this program with the exception of Conference Grants.
