No Polish historian I, but in at least one source there's a footnote saying
that it's "o cudzoziemskich tytulach. Ob. konstytucya sejmowa z roku 1633.
str. 9."  That source is Starozytnosci polskie: Ku wygodzie czytelnika
porzadkiem ..., Volume 2 By Emil Kierski, p. 204, as scanned into Google
Books.
