Cyrillic and Latin characters

Better hope someone doesn't make a plate that says НАТЕ (as in, "Put that
down!"). That definitely wouldn't go down well with English-speakers.

OT: At an off-leash dog-park in my hometown of Winnipeg, someone's vehicle
sported a license plate bearing the English word, "SIT". :)
