Shevchenko anniversary

The 150th anniversary of Taras Shevchenko's death falls about a week from now.
Is anyone aware of any academically oriented commemorations to be held around
this date? The Shevchenko Scientific Society will be hosting some speakers on
Saturday the 5th in New York for the occasion, though there appears to be no
online notice of this.

Is other such event planned (outside of Ukraine) that anybody knows of?
