ne mozhno

Wasn't their a comedy routine of two clowns sitting on a bench and one  
saying to the other нельзя and the other replying лья (or зя as it  
sounded to my ears when I heard it a loooong time ago)?  I can't think  
of what to call it to find a video clip.  Does anyone know?
