Vasily Grossman - DOBRO VAM - Armenia

Dear all,

Later this year I shall be translating Grossman's 'ocherk' about 2 months he spent in Armenia in late 1961.  And I'm thinking of going to Armenia for a week in late September.  I am wondering if anyone has any contacts in Yerevan.  I would love to know if anyone at the university is giving any thought to Grossman.  I'd also like to know if the Writers' Union home in the mountains still exists.  It is even possible that there might still be people in the village who remember him.
