a question about Russian certification programs

Dear colleagues, 
I am writing you on behalf of my Russian colleagues from State Pushkin Institute of Russian Language (Moscow, Russia). They are trying to find out the following:
1. How many American children study Russian?
2. If they get tested in any Russian certification programs (like TRKI)?
3. What is the age of the tested children and how many of them pass the exam?
4. What levels are popular to take the exams at?
5. How many adults get tested in Russian certification programs?
