"Zhemchuzhina" or "Zhemchuzhnaya"?

Can anyone say definitively what V. Molotov's wife's name was --
"Zhemchuzhina" or "Zhemchuzhnaya"? If would be nice to have documentary
evidence of the correct form. Different Internet sources give different
spellings. For the record, Polina Zhemchuzhina/Zhemchuzhnaya was born Perl
Karpovskaya.
