NYU establishes the Jordan Family Center for the Advanced Study of Russia

This is Boris Jordan of NTV fame, if anyone still remembers the  
takeover of mass media (and the SEELANGS discussion at the time) which  
effectively led to the suppression of free TV in Russia. You can still  
listen to the radio there, of course, although few people do.
