Khlebnikov (+ another question, about the word безволода)

Dear Robert,

In the Ukrainian language VOLOD means moisture. I think that  
Khlebnikov's adverb "bezvolodno" means that the sky will be  
dry/without rain. The blue sky in this poem also suggests that there  
will be a cloudless/clear day. In this context "bezvolodno" makes sense.
