Dear Colleagues: 

There's a great 2-minute clip (a la Simpsons) summarizing 12 years of Putin at this link:

The text is dense with cultural references, not all of which I recognize. I wonder if anyone knows the meaning of the initials KO on Medvedev's "Superman" shirt? 

If anyone knows of a blow-by-blow explication of the references, I would love to see it.
