Russian cosmopolitanism

Dear colleagues,

Can anybody recommend an article or a book (in Russian or in English) that deals with the concept of cosmopolitanism as understood by cold-war era Soviet intellectuals? I think their understanding had a cultural rather than a political bend, which is different from the current cosmopolitanism (or cosmopolitics) debate.
