Russian Language Textbooks

Dear all,

Here is a list of Russian textbooks used at a variety of institutions of
higher education based on the responses I received to my posting below.
Thank you to all who responded, and especially to Don Livingston for
sending me his own compilation of textbooks. I have removed all the
comments about the textbooks that I was sent, but I appreciate the time you
spent in sending them to me!
