$99 room Saturday night near Marriott

Hello, 

I have a room booked Saturday night at the Pelham hotel http://www.thepelhamhotel.com/ two blocks from the Marriott on Common St. that I will not be needing. The $99.50 plus tax ($113 total) I paid is non-refundable, but the room is transferable if I change the name on the booking site. 
Can anyone use it?
