Slavic at Harvard

Dear Colleagues,

I am hoping that someone can give me some information about the status of the Slavic Languages at Harvard. I just heard that interest has gone way down, and I am wondering if there is more factual information as to the magnitude of the decrease. And more specifically, is there a difference between interest in Russian versus the other Slavic languages.
