Looking for leads

Hello All,

I am currently doing research on technical communication in the curricula of Russian universities, and was wondering if anybody had any leads on universities that have such courses (or, maybe even programs?).

I was also wondering about any publications you might know about analyzing the recent reforms pertaining to the higher education, and specifically the curricula of Russian universities.
