Moldova in the NYTimes

I wanted to make the list aware of the Op-Ed piece from December 27th in
the New York Times by Vladimir Lorchenkov, a Russian-language writer from
Moldova. The piece addresses (with a touch of irony) the protests in Kiev,
and the recent talk of EU integration for countries like Ukraine, Moldova,
and others.
