Goldie Hawn, of all people, as The Girl from Petrovka. I saw it in Moscow in the mid-70s, at the apartment of a member of the British Consulate, and you could hardly hear the soundtrack because of all the pained groans from the audience. Some because they thought it was too realistic, others because they thought it wasn't realistic enough.
