Elena:
You could always scan the paper copy of the review.

Subject: [SEELANGS] Question re TLS
Dear colleagues,
I've been trying to get access to a certain book review published April 26, 2013 in TLS (The Times Lit. Suppl.). The university library (which is subscribed to TLS) has the paper copy published on that date, and the electronic one will be available in probably a month. I need an electronic version. Is it just "our library", or do electronic copies really become available to the subscribers after a delay? That's seems impossible.
Any help with hijacking the review will be appreciated.
