Can anyone decipher the following Cyrillic text? I've tried every 
encoding I can think of, and all I get is various forms of gibberish:

Original Unicode -- Поздравляю!
Viewed as Western -- Поздравляю!
Viewed as Windows 1251 -- Поздравляю!
